General Guild Rules

~ All guild members will post there professions and skill levels in the member notes section on guild information and keep them current so others can be aware of who is high enough level to do various projects.

~ All contributions or removal of items or gold may be sent directly to the guild bank. NOTE: If you make donations please send mail or email to GM to ensure credit is given. Donations and helping the guild grow in strength help you get promoted.

~ NO BEGGING. Beggars will not be tolerated, you be warned once then you be booted from the guild.

~ Rules for demotion may vary, if 3 or more Officers and/or Council Elders agree that you have done wrong towards the guild or or people not of our guild, you may be demoted by 1 or more ranks, if not removed entirely from the guild. Just as rules for demotion may vary so do those for promotion.

Guild Invitation Policy

~ ALL guild members with the exception of Pledge have the ability to send guild invites, if you invite someone, ensure that the guild master is notified by mail so that an entry can be made in the guild registry. NOTE: Please invite only people you have played with to ensure they are not guild hoppers, users or jerks.

~ There will be a 1 week probation for all new recruits at which time any violation of guild rules is grounds for being removed. (Pledge Week)

~ All Guild Members Will Sign the Guestbook as proof of reading and understanding the guild rules once it is up and running! More information on that to follow.

Guild Loot Rules

These rules are to be used for
ALL guild runs.

~ Roll greed on all bind on equip (BOE) greens, pass on all BOE blues or purples, pass on all bind on pickup (BOP) items that includes greens, blues, and purples.  Any BOE blues or purples that are not an immediate upgrade for someone in the group will be held as end loot.

~ Before choosing Need for an item, ask the group leader for permission. This will ensure that those who need it as an upgrade can get a chance to roll on gear to make them stronger for future missions. It also gives you a good reputation.

~ Any questions, comments, complaints, or suggestions can be mailed or e-mailed to the Guild Master. Please allow 12 to 24 hours for a response before requesting a status on an issue.
